Date 05 - portraits/faces that inspire me

This is an ongoing date, where I try to find portraits that inspire me. I want to start painting portraits again in 2012.

Date 04 - Filing

A suggestion for an artist date I read somewhere is " Set a timer, and spend an hour working on something you’ve been putting off.". Well, filing is something I've been putting off for weeks, if not months. I finished the job today! Me happy :-)

Date 03 - Art Gallery - portraits by Igor Tishin

Today I did not have much time, so I spent half an hour in an art gallery near my home where they exhibit art work from amongst others the Russian painter Tishin Igor. His art appeals to me very much. I would also like to reach such a level in the field of portrait painting, still need a lot of practice ;-)
